The subject of our project group is Servitization. The importance of servitization has been emphasized in these days, as consumers want them to purchase not only the goods themselves, but also the services they want. Servitization also brings significant benefits to many industries and companies. We choose to talk about camera industry because it is one of the industries where we can find a lot of servitization packages. Therefore, Our group will explain at the main conference about the servitization of the camera industry based on our two research questions. The first research question is about which Serivitization camera package consumers want. The second question is to understand the tendency of camera consumers according to three conscious, to see what consumers want to do according to different conscious. To answer two research questions, our group conducted survey questionnaires based on 248 sample sizes of JCU Singapore students. Based on the results, we obtained a more detailed correlation through the basic data analysis and the Kruskal- Wallis test, and we could understand what kind of servitization consumers want. Finally, based on these data analysis results, we will suggest and recommend to the camera company what service package should be provided to potential customers and existing customers.
