Braintastiq Team Members (from left to right): Jun Bin Ku, Kun Liang Chung, Sara Khairil Anuar, Chafic Farkh & Thomas Kim

The aim of our project is to develop a prototype framework for Braintastiq’s new brain training game on the Nintendo Switch platform and PC as well as a business proposal for the game development. To accompany this, we have also assessed the market potential in 5 countries: China, Japan, United States of America (USA), Canada and France using the Porter’s Five Forces model. In addition, by conducting both quantitative and qualitative research, we finally created a marketing plan and revenue model according to our findings. Various news articles, reliable online sources and a survey were utilised to collect data to aid us in our research. From these sources, we were able to conduct our market analysis and have concluded that there is a promising market in 3 of the 5 countries studied, namely: Japan, USA and France if we were to launch the game on the Nintendo Switch platform and PC in these countries. Thanks to the survey, we also gathered new information and users feedback concerning rival games in order to know what are the mistakes not to repeat.
